OPUS from QE2 Win Company of the Year Competition 2016

THE WINNERS OF THE BOSTON GROUP AWARD FOR THE STUDENT COMPANY OF THE YEAR goes to OPUS from QE11 High School for Caebo Cable Protectors.
Opus will now go on to represent the Isle of Man in the European competition in July.
This recipients of this award have demonstrated a high degree of professionalism in every aspect of the competition. They have built a strong brand identity from their product through to the company uniform.
They have demonstrated excellent marketing skills and their product has lots of potential.
This student company left the judges in no doubt that they were ‘in it to win it’.
2nd PLACE in the Student Company of the Year goes to Future Proof from Ramsey Grammar School for their ethical music
This team demonstrated great teamwork. The judges described them as engaging, confident with a clear understanding of their product and their roles within the business.
Their trade stand showed sophisticated marketing and their product had great packing.
3rd PLACE in the Student Company of the Year Junior Achievement Company Programme goes to Peace of Mind from Castle Rushen High School for their Thought Journal
The judges described this student company as: passionate, committed, articulate and a team that works well together.
The team engaged with customers visiting their trade stand and clearly demonstrated the benefits of their product.
With extra funding or sponsorship the judges feel that this product has great potential for the future.
Congratulations to all the teams who took part in this years competition. You did an amazing job.
